Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) after completing OSHA-certified training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we train from day one!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID for onboarding
- Reliable transportation to our 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM shift
