Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using company systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and deliveries
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Nicollet Mall location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
