- Accurately sort, pack, and label packages according to company guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training certification
- Maintain organized inventory systems using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform routine quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks in a timely manner
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level welcome!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
