Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)Maintain organized inventory using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
- Must pass pre-employment background check
