Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – all training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
