Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using our modern warehouse systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records with barcode scanning technology
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Omaha facility
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
