Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Perform quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
