Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas following safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train on the job!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
