Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Translate complex technical jargon into simple, understandable language for clients.

Qualifications
