Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues
- Document incidents using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance
- Train end-users on new software deployments

- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
Qualifications
