- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Assist with network connectivity and security protocols
- Document service tickets and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problem resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
