Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, network connectivity, and applications
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical problems
- Assist with IT asset management including inventory and deployment
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and user documentation
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and effective support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
