Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and security incidents
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with senior team members on system upgrades and deployments
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and patience
- Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up workstations
Qualifications
