Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ certification preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
