Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals, printers, and network equipment.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
