Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems
- Assist with user account management and security protocols
- Document technical issues and resolutions in IT service management tools
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Conduct routine maintenance on servers and workstations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
