Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist users with password resets, account management, and system access
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate incident records
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on escalated technical issues
- Conduct routine system updates and security patching

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
