Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ employees
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Assist with network connectivity and security protocols
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in onboarding for new hires and equipment deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues methodically
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred but not required)
