Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across diverse client environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for Windows/macOS systems
- Manage ticket queues using ServiceNow and maintain SLA compliance
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Conduct user training sessions on new technologies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred, not required)
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
