Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals for new employees.
- Respond to and resolve incoming help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the maintenance of office IT infrastructure, including printers, scanners, and VoIP systems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
