Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk database.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve service delivery processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
