Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for end-users efficiently.
- Provide Technical Support: Assist employees with network connectivity, printer setup, and application troubleshooting.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, backups, and inventory management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Qualifications
