What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform system installations, updates, and configuration for new hires and equipment refreshes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT tickets and issues in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new office technology and improve workflow.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of the company network and server infrastructure.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
