Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network maintenance including cable management and basic router/switch configurations
- Create and maintain user documentation and technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security patch implementations
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance with 98% resolution rate
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot logically
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
