Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity, security protocols, and system backups
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT processes and incidents
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Deliver exceptional user training on new systems and tools
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license (required for site visits)
