Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols
- Assist with user account management and access permissions
- Participate in system updates and patch deployments
- Deliver basic training to new employees on company systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and diagnostic tools
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in office/server environments
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
