Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Assist with network connectivity and security protocols

- Support office equipment (printers, scanners, AV systems)
- Participate in IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems

- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in office environments
