Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Install and configure network equipment and workstations
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via ticketing system
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backups
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
