Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and user requests
- Deploy and configure workstations across 50+ users
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Train users on new systems and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional offsite support
