- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems using enterprise imaging tools
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Assist with data center operations and cloud service management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work occasional off-hours for system updates
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
