Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote support tools
- Assist in deploying and configuring new workstations and mobile devices
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Support cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
