Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems using diagnostic tools
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance of Windows/Linux environments
- Document all support tickets and knowledge base articles for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cybersecurity protocols and infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS and basic networking concepts
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity principles
- Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
