Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Document support tickets and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system upgrades
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance
- Conduct end-user training on new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot systematically and document processes
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for occasional site visits)
