Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 200+ employees via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Deploy and configure hardware including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 issues
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic security protocols
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior IT engineers on complex system implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security practices
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Experience with ticketing systems preferred
