Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions via phone, email, and remote access Document incidents and solutions using ITSM software (ServiceNow)
- Assist with software installations, configurations, and updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
