Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and network peripherals
- Document all IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security implementations
- Assist with onboarding new employees and device provisioning
- Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues promptly
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and initiatives
Qualifications
