Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, network connectivity, and peripherals
- Document cases accurately in our ticketing system and maintain customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist with system installations, updates, and basic network configurations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations and preventative maintenance
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common software applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and logical troubleshooting approach
