Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issue resolution
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training initiatives
- Support office network infrastructure and cloud services
- Assist in disaster recovery and system backup operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided)
