Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients across Oakland
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Conduct regular system maintenance and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science (or relevant experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
