- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
