Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for employees in a timely and professional manner.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, ensuring all equipment is tracked and managed efficiently.
- User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries, providing clear and concise solutions to end-users.
- Network Administration: Monitor network performance and perform basic network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and email clients.
- Networking: Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
