Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a server environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
