Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and in-person
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and network components
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Experience with remote desktop tools a plus
