Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 500+ employees via ticketing system, phone, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations, peripherals, and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Train staff on software applications and security best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (occasional site visits required)
