Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and system malfunctions
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system integrations
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
