Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document all support cases and maintain ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical solutions
- Conduct user training sessions for new technology deployments
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in rack environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
