Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and policy implementation
- Train end-users on new technologies and system updates
- Monitor system performance and report potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
