Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support under supervision (vital signs, mobility assistance)
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and medical equipment
- Assist with patient documentation and electronic health records
- Support nursing staff with administrative tasks and patient flow
- Participate in team huddles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Uphold strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (healthcare certification a plus)
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn EHR systems
- Strong communication skills and empathy for diverse patient populations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for various shifts
- Background check and pre-employment health screening required
- Must pass TB screening and basic skills assessment
