Responsibilities
- Assist new clients with onboarding processes and platform navigation.
- Communicate via email, phone, and chat to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in daily team huddles and performance reviews.
Qualifications
