Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our database systems.
- Provide product and service information to clients, answering questions about pricing, availability, and features.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance targets.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
